Scholarships are available to graduating high school seniors and those already enrolled in higher education institutions to assist with the costs of attending the college, vocational, trade school, or program of their choice.

Applicants must pursue a vocational degree/certificate, associate’s degree, first bachelor’s degree, or a professional master’s degree at an accredited two or four-year college or university within the United States. The scholarship is a one-time award for educational expenses like fees, books & supplies. Reapplication is allowed. We choose to support young minds in achieving their full potential.

Scholarship awards will be sent at the Foundation’s discretion, either directly to the student or to the institution/program.

We hope that after graduation and finding a fulfilling career, the recipients will pay tribute to the memory of PFC Jeffery Isaiah David by giving back to their community through admirable service in the future.
