The Excellence Scholarship upon Admission for Foreign Students (Undergraduate) is offered by Laval University’s Faculty of Administrative Sciences. Requirements

Must be an international student.
Must be pursuing studies in administrative sciences at the undergraduate level.

Must have a minimum general average of 14/20, including 14/20 or higher in mathematics.
Must be a national of a sub-Saharan African or Maghreb country.
