Requirements

To be eligible for the JPA program, you must:

  • The ideal JPA will have strong analytical and research capabilities in one or more of the following areas: Economics, finance, human development (public health, education, nutrition, and/or population studies), social sciences (anthropology, sociology), agriculture, environmental studies (climate change, blue economy), infrastructure, private sector development, or in corporate and administrative functions, such as information technology, legal, accounting, communications, corporate procurement, and human resources.
  • Be 32 years of age or younger
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree
  • Be fluent in English
  • The JPA program is highly competitive. Candidates who are being actively considered for positions may be required to present academic transcripts and professional references.
