WeThinkCode_ recruits young people that show a high aptitude for a career in software development. We specifically focus on offering opportunities to youth with no prior coding experience.
The aim is to ensure that graduates leave WeThinkCode_ with a job and an accredited qualification in systems development. WeThinkCode_ has placed 91% of its graduates in permanent employment.
With access to cutting-edge technologies, you’ll be coding with world-class students who share the same passion as you. Students learn to access, filter, compare and use relevant data in order to solve problems and have access to campus 7 days a week. In a peer-oriented environment, students also evaluate each other’s work and complete the feedback loop.

Requirements
Applicants must be between the ages of 17 and 35.
2Applicants must hold one of the following:
- Valid South African ID
- Valid Passport with work permit
- Valid Asylum seekers permit
3WeThinkCode_ is a full-time program, you will not be able to join the program if you are currently working or studying at another institution.
Selection Process
- Assessment: If you completed the application form, you will receive a link to the entrance test via email.
- Bootcamp: If you succeeted the entrance test, you will receive an invitation to attend one of our selection bootcboot campserview: If you successfully complete a selection boot camp, you might be invited to the final interview.
- Process: If your application is successful you will receive an invitation to complete your enrolment process. The process entails signing all relevant contractual documents.
