Ashinaga is a non-profit based in Japan that provides educational and emotional support for orphaned students worldwide. The Ashinaga Internship Program encompasses a variety of departments and functions. Interns have the ability to choose between a number of different fields within the organization, and we hope that by tapping the minds of intellectuals from all over the world we’ll be able to turn Ashinaga into an all-embracing, international NGO. To date we have had over 400 interns from over 90 global universities in several dozen countries.
Interns work with a variety of different teams at our HQ in Tokyo. They are guided through their projects by a dedicated team supervisor, simultaneously gaining transferable skills and an insight into working at an international NGO. Interns will work a part-time flexible schedule (~20h/week) decided upon with their supervisors.
