The University of Queensland is awarding a scholarship program of $1500 in support services per athlete per year to highly motivated students.
This program was introduced in 2010 to provide high performance support services to professional and/or elite athletes who are ineligible for other scholarships on offer.
Eligibility:Â To become eligible for the award, applicants must:
- Have represented at an open, national or international level in their chosen sport; or
- Play in a professional sporting league; and
- Are enrolled, or intend to enrol, in a University of Queensland program (undergraduate or postgraduate) on a part-time or full-time basis
- fulfil the required conditions for their undergraduate or postgraduate degree field at the university.
- provide evidence of English language ability as per the university guidelines.
