Out-Of-State Freshmen Scholarships 2022 at East Tennessee State University in USA

The East Tennessee State University, USA is giving funding equal to the out-of-state tuition fee of the applied programme at the Institution.

  • IELTS – 5.5 to 6.5

  • GTEC – 1074
