The Alex Richardson Award was founded in 2009 to enable a student with a spirit of adventure to engage personally with the culture of a Spanish speaking country.
The Alex Richardson Award is open to ALL students in their second or third year with an interest in the Spanish language and Spanish culture. £2,500 will be awarded to a student who demonstrates plans to undertake an imaginative project in any Spanish speaking country which will broaden his or her understanding of the culture.

Eligibility:
- Applicants must have a high school diploma with an excellent academic record.
- Applicants need to show that they have the right level of written and spoken in English.
Method of Application: Interested applicants are recommended to take admission in the undergraduate degree coursework at the university. After being enrolled, candidates can apply for the bursary.
