The BMI Foundation and Yoko Ono have teamed up to present the John Lennon Scholarships. Â Through the generous donations of companies like Gibson Instruments, students have been awarded for their talents in music creation and promotion. Â This scholarship is meant for students of current or future attending students of US colleges/universities. Â Students who are aspiring song writers or have goals set around a career in music.
Graduates of the John Lennon Scholarship have gone on to have successful careers in the music industry.

Eligibility Criteria: Must be attending college or alumnus of US College/University. Â Must be between the ages of 17-24. Â You cannot be a prior winner.
