The University of Saskatchewan is a Canadian public research university, founded in 1907, and located on the east side of the South Saskatchewan River in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

The University of Saskatchewan is inviting applications for International Dean’s Scholarship Program. These scholarships are awarded for pursuing master or doctoral program at the university.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing master and doctoral programme.

Available Subject: Scholarships are awarded to study the subjects offered by the university.

Scholarship Benefits: For Master’s: $18,000 for up to two years and Doctoral: $22,000 for up to three years.

Eligibility Criteria: 

Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Register for the first time in a thesis or dissertation based program at the U of S Entrance GPA of at least 85%
  • Show evidence of previous research productivity as demonstrated by authorship of refereed journal publications or conference presentations/publications

Method of Application:

Nominations for International Dean’s scholarships are made by academic units after you’ve applied.

Scholarship Application Deadline: Round 1: December 1, 2017 and Round 2: February 2018.
