The University of Dundee is a public research university based in the city and Royal burgh of Dundee on the east coast of the central Lowlands of Scotland.

The University of Dundee is inviting applications for Dow Memorial Trust Scholarship for UK, EU and international students. Scholarships are available to pursue undergraduate degree in the fields of Dentistry and Medicine.

The aim of the scholarship is to enable and encourage academically able students from any nationality.

Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.

The Dow Memorial Trust Scholarship is open to any applicant who has accepted a place to study undergraduate medicine or dentistry at the University of Dundee. Eligibility is based on financial need and commitment to study. Selection is usually made on financial hardship grounds.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have their previous degree.

Test Requirement: No

Method of Application: 

Medicine – Application forms for the Dow Memorial Trust Scholarship are sent out to eligible applicants towards the end of April. Online application sent by the school.

Dentistry – Year 1 entrants are sent an application form from the University Admissions Office in the summer prior to their arrival. Completed applications are returned to the Dental School by the notified deadline for consideration.
