The University of Sussex is a public research university in Falmer, near Brighton in Sussex. The university received its Royal Charter in August 1961, and was a founding member of the 1994 Group of research-intensive universities promoting excellence in research and teaching.
The University of Sussex is offering scholarships for open to all UK, EU and international candidates. Scholarships are awarded to students who have accepted a full-time offer of a place on the MSc in Intelligent and Adaptive Systems commencing in September 2017.
Course Level: Scholarship is available for pursuing master’s (MSc) programme.
Study Subject: Scholarship is awarded in Intelligent and Adaptive Systems.
Scholarship Award: £6,000 as tuition fee waiver/contribution to maintenance for one year.

Eligibility Criteria:Â Applicants must meet the following area for the scholarship:
- Applicants must have accepted a full-time place on the MSc in Intelligent and Adaptive Systems degree course by 31 July 2017.
- Applicants must commence the degree in September 2017 (awards cannot be deferred to subsequent years)
- Current Sussex undergraduate students are eligible to apply
- Holders of the Jan Metzger Scholarship can hold other University of Sussex awards alongside this award.
Nationality: The scholarship is open to all UK, EU, and international candidates.

Entrance Requirement: Applications are must have previous degree.
Test Requirement: No
English Language Requirement: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
Method of Application:
No formal application for this scholarship is necessary. The award will be made based on the information provided during the application for the MSc in Intelligent and Adaptive Systems. All applicants who have accepted an offer of a place on the MSc in Intelligent and Adaptive Systems by  July 31, 2017 will be automatically considered for the Scholarship and the successful applicant will be notified in September 2017.
